Updated to 5 stars. Sizzling rice soup is perfect. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Mongolian chicken and kung pao chicken are two of my favorites! Staff is always really helpful and nice. My family and I love eating in. It's a nice, sit down restaurant.
Hong Kong Stay has always been a staple. I've been coming here for 20 plus years and highly recommend them.
There are some excellent dishes and there are some not-so-authentic dishes in this restaurant. I would not recommend fried rice, soup noodles or beef ho fun but I highly recommend the twice cooked pork (spicy), eggplants with any meat (spicy) and string beans with any meat. The string beans are always cooked perfectly. My husband likes to order the chicken with mixed vegetables. The asparagus in the mixed vegetables is tender most of the time; occasionally it's not so tender. Service here is always good, not to mention how reasonably-priced the lunch menu is. We will continue to visit.

This place is delicious. I've been looking for a good Chinese place for a while and finally found it. I usually get kung pao chicken or moo goo gai pan. The service is good and friendly. The food comes out quick and is reasonably priced.
